DEForce Racing, one of the most successful teams in USF Juniors, announced they will run additional entries in the series under the name DEForce Racing Driver Development.

In a press release issued Wednesday, the team outlined that the primary goal of DEForce Racing Driver Development will be to utilize the resources available at the team to develop drivers and prepare them to transition into DEForce Racing in one or two years.

Owner David Martinez explained in the release that the expansion was due to the amount of drivers who reach out to him, interested with the team’s “philosophy and approach.”

“At DEForce Racing, our core principles revolve around excellence, mentorship and opportunity,” Martinez said. “With the launch of DEForce DD, we aim to extend these values to a broader spectrum of drivers who may not have extensive experience but possess immense potential and dedication.”

DEForce Racing won the USF Juniors driver’s champion in both 2022 and 2023 with Mac Clark and Nicolas Giaffone.

The amount of additional entries that will be fielded in 2024 under DEForce Racing Driver Development is currently unknown. The release said that driver announcements will be made at a future date.
